Kuala Lumpur, 22 July 2011 – Takaful Ikhlas Sdn Bhd (Takaful IKHLAS) and Al-Madinah International University today signed an memorandum of understanding for the certificate accreditation facility of training programmes for representatives, staff and participants who attended trainings with Takaful IKHLAS. The agreement was signed by the President and Chief Executive Officer of Takaful IKHLAS, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Syed Moheeb bin Syed Kamarulzaman and Prof Dr Mohammad bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi, Rector of Al-Madinah International University.
“To be more focus and consistently committed in further strengthening the brand of Takaful IKHLAS, and spreading Islamic business transactions, Takaful IKHLAS needs to provide deeper and serious understanding to its representatives and participants through its designed training programmes. Takaful IKHLAS is well pleased for the willingness of Al-Madinah International University to provide the certificate accreditation service for training programmes such as Wasilah Kesejahteraan, Risalah Kecemerlangan, Tafaqquh, Perancangan Kewangan Islam IKHLAS and Sijil Kewangan Islam,” says Dato’ Haji Syed Moheeb bin Syed Kamarulzaman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Takaful IKHLAS.
“Takaful IKHLAS has chosen to collaborate with Al-Madinah International University for two reasons. The first one is due to the name of Madinah itself, by which the world sees it as having a significant history and influence until today. The second factor is because the University employs efficient lecturers who are competent and skillful in the field of muamalat or Islamic business transactions. The coalition between two professional academicians and takaful practitioners will form quality training programmes from various aspects, including modules, frameworks and contents,” shares Syed Moheeb.
“The ceremony is a kind of motivation to the development of Islamic Muamalat in Malaysia.
